Ladies and gentlemen from “anywhere“ who support truth and fair elections in America, we need your immediate assistance to make our voices heard according to the constitutions of both Florida and the United States for America. We the people have the necessary lawful standing as national victims of an alleged election conspiracy theft. In the state of Florida our wise and knowledgeable governor DeSantis has the very unique dutifully right and obligation by the laws of Florida to convene a statewide grand jury for accountability and on April 4th 2022 we began an effort to petition the honorable governor to assemble we the people of Florida into a lawful investigative body as a statewide grand jury with the force of law and the blessings of our God and creator. Two months later, on June 17th Governor DeSantis announced he was honoring the peoples request to investigate the crimes of an illegal open border, but we still have four more national crimes to convene a statewide grand jury for our national emergency. May God bless him abundantly!!

Since all other courts have denied our president and the peoples constitutional due process then it becomes absolutely pertinent that the governors as chief executive officers engage the force of law to seek relief and remedy for our injured people from a massive conspiracy of theft upon our nation.

Once this statewide grand jury presents lawful evidence determined as such by the jury , the people, who are judges of both the facts and the law, then it can be brought before a higher court collaborating with other injured states to hold the criminals accountable to we the people who are the masters and the parent of government.

EMERGENCY PETITION FOR REMEDY

Date: April 4, 2022, AD in the year of our Lord
To: The Honorable Governor of Florida
Ron DeSantis
RE: REQUEST FOR STATEWIDE GRAND JURY INVESTIGATION BY GOVERNOR DESANTIS
Dear Governor DeSantis,

We the People, having assembled in multiple counties of Florida, pursuant to Article 1 Section 5 of the Florida Constitution, do now manifest all our inherent political power as stated in Article 1 Section 1, do seek and instruct by petition the Honorable Governor of Florida, to convene four Statewide Grand Jury inquisitions, pursuant to Florida Statute 905.33, based upon innumerable widespread public allegations and suspicions of fraud, conspiracy, theft, maladministration, malfeasance, treason, sedition, murder, and all other related crimes involving the following events below:

1 – Presidential election of 2020 – We the People of Florida suspect with substantial merit and reason that widespread election fraud and theft occurred. Our judicial due process was obfuscated and thereby denied. In addition, much evidence of irregularities has occurred within the computer vote tabulation processes, therefore demanding thorough and immediate Statewide Grand Jury inquisition.

2 – COVID -19 Pandemic – We the People of Florida, believe there are widespread allegations and merited suspicions of medical fraud, conspiracy, maladministration, malfeasance, treason, murder, malpractice, sedition, that demands immediate and thorough inquisition by a Florida Statewide Grand Jury.

3 – Schools and our Children – We the People of Florida, have concluded that the “book and curriculum industry”, school administrators, school boards and teachers’ unions, are at war with our children, their parents and our long held American Christian Heritage and values being deeply rooted in our founding. This blasphemous threat is very damaging to our society and the existence of One Nation Under God.

4 – Border Invasions – We the People of Florida, declare our borders criminally compromised, thereby creating an immediate threat to our national security. This dire threat must be eliminated immediately. This overt condition is a hostile violation to our United States Constitution for America.

In conclusion, Governor DeSantis, we lawfully implore you to hear and fulfill this emergency petition and continue to be the admirable and courageous example our nation is desperately in need of. May God bless you and your family, administration, and staff.
